Hodor enables wheelchair bound people to open doors using push activated handicap buttons. An app is provided to the user for easy operation of the arm. The product uses Image processing to reach the button and press it. In this project I worked on the interfacing and programming the robotic arm (uARM swift) with linux based Raspberry Pi as the controller for 3D manipulation. We used OpenCV with Python for communication and control. The mobile app communicates over Bluetooth.
