Smart Farm proposes a fully automated cloud based approach for intelligent farming. It provides a proof of concept to reduce water wastage and increase the efficiency of water usage by integrating different sensors, connected devices, farming infrastructure and streamlining intelligent automation in farming using cloud based data processing.
The smart farming system considers the following parameters for plant care. 
1. Live data from sensors
  a. Soil Moisture
  b. Temperature of the surroundings
2. Database of various plant requirements of water, sunlight.
3. User and environmental data 
  a. Google calendar
  b. Weather/ Sunlight prediction data
  c. User location – Maps
